Plochman’s Hosts Roundtable on Manufacturing

Manteno, IL – U.S. Representative Robin Kelly (IL-02) spent time at Plochman’s Mustard in Manteno, IL to highlight October as manufacturing month. Kelly joined representatives from the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center in a tour of the mustard and salad dressing manufacturing facility. IMEC President David Boulay moderated a roundtable discussion  centered around diversity/inclusion, supply chain, skilled labor and training.

Plochman’s plant manager Martin Faye and CEO David Cisneros of Plochman’s parent company HACO US showcased their products during the conversation including the award winning Bourbon mustard as well as the Craft Beer variety featuring fellow Kankakee County manufacturer Brickstone Brewery’s Pale Ale.
