New Production Facility for BrickStone Brewery

Bourbonnais-based BrickStone Brewery unveiled its new 8,100 square foot, 50-barrel, four-vessel production facility in September. The facility will allow the award-winning operation to quadruple its output, from 5,000 kegs to more than 20,000 kegs per year.
 
The expansion involved a custom canning line, developed with Crown, Cork and Seal of Kankakee, a division of Crown Holdings Inc. Canning is enabling wider distribution of BrickStone’s craft product throughout the Midwest.
 
The first two canned products – BrickStone’s flagship Hop Skip and Belgo APA – are now widely available across Chicagoland.
