Economic Alliance Receives Daily Journal 2023 Progress Award
The Economic Alliance is honored to receive the Kankakee Daily Journal 2023 Progress award for Excellence in Real Estate. The Alliance initiated a housing study for Kankakee County as a means to jumpstart residential development. Performed by Tracy Cross & Associates, Inc., the study shows the area is in a prime position to accept new housing of all types – apartments, town homes, single family, gated communities and the like.
An economical cost of living, substantial employment opportunities and diverse educational partners, Kankakee County is an attractive location to live, work and play.
