High School Tour of Local Employers

In celebration of Manufacturing Month the Economic Alliance and the Grundy Livingston Workforce Board are bringing awareness of the job opportunities available and the skills needed for manufacturing positions in our community. One event will be a tour and conversation at Gotion, an energy storage system and electric vehicle battery manufacturer in Manteno. This is set for October 16, 2025 at 7:30am.

We invite high school teachers to tour the site and learn about what are career pathways at Gotion, and pass forward that information to students. This tour has limited availability, so registration is required.
