Riverside recognized as Military Friendly Employer for 2026

Military Friendly Employer Award Ratings recognition signifies an organization’s unwavering commitment to supporting the military community. Award ratings celebrate an organization’s comprehensive efforts in providing meaningful opportunities for military-affiliated individuals to thrive and succeed.

“We’re proud to share that Riverside has earned the 2026 Military Friendly Employer designation,” said Riverside President and CEO Phil Kambic. “This recognition underscores our ongoing dedication to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace for those who have bravely served our country.”

This re-designation also awards Riverside Healthcare with the Military Spouse Friendly Employer Award. Both awards recognize Riverside’s outstanding commitment to the hiring, retention, and advancement of the military community.

Additionally, Riverside has taken the Military Friendly pledge, which commits to providing career opportunities for veterans and military personnel. Since 2023, Riverside has been recognized with the awards of a Military Friendly Employer, Military Spouse Friendly Employer, Military Friendly Supplier Diversity Program, Military Friendly Brand, and Military Friendly Company, ranking top 10 in the latter award.

In support of veteran and active-duty employees, Riverside hosts a Veterans Day luncheon and connects veteran employees with community agencies.
