The 2027 Illinois Housing Blueprint, led by the Illinois Housing Development Authority, is a collaborative plan that outlines housing conditions and needs in communities across the state. IHDA will assess affordability, availability, and more. The Housing Blueprint aims to amplify Illinoisans’ voices living and working in communities across the state.
