Thanks to advocacy efforts by the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association team, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) has provided additional Employee Training Investment Program (ETIP) funding to help meet employer demand. As a result, the program has reopened and will accept additional applications for the 2026 grant year.
Eligible training conducted between October 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026 may qualify for reimbursement of up to 50% of training costs.
Submission materials can be found here, and completed applications are due by July 30.
